Schoolyard Improvement Committee (SIC) Updates:

The Schoolyard Committee has been working on the long-term plan for a full playground renovation of the play structures located at the Lower School building (rubberized flooring included). In the short term, we are working hard to identify a company that can repair our current play structure. Play structures are a specialty and cannot be done by most general construction companies. As soon as we have a vendor in place to do play structure repairs, we will dispatch them to the Curley to do the necessary repairs. We appreciate your patience as we work to get this done.

We will hold cleanups on the third Sunday of every month, always at 10:00 AM. We hold planning meetings over Zoom (https://berklee.zoom.us/j/7848778190) the second Tuesday of every month at 8:00 PM, starting on October 11th. All are welcome to join!

Water Fountains are OPEN:

Join us on Sunday, September 18th between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM for a leisurely stroll through the Curley campus. Expect to meet new families, pick up trash, and discuss ideas for future cleanup events.

We have installed multiple water fountains and water bottle refill stations.  The water has passed months of testing, and the water fountains are open and ready to use at the school. We encourage your child to bring a water bottle to school.

Welcome Kindergarten Families:

On Monday, September 12th, we will welcome our Kindergarten Classes for their first day of school.  From September 12th-16th, weather permitting, teachers in K0-K2 will meet their students outside and line up to head to class from 8:15 am-8:30 am.
