Walk to School Day:
Wednesday, May 5th, is the MA Walk, Bike, and Roll to School Day. What better way to celebrate the return of so many students to their school buildings than a fun, healthy walk to school together? This year, as a way to bring a feeling of community and fun, we are asking participating students, families, and staff to wear their brightest, boldest colors to school. All across the district, together we can reimagine a healthy, active morning routine – either by walking to school, or walking before school! We want to see our BRIGHT & BRILLIANT learners out in their community, walking/biking/rolling to school. We want this to be a fun morning that welcomes students, celebrates their return, reconnects them to their community at arrival, and excites everyone to try walking to school.
