Parent University’s reading clubs teach 7 research-based practices parents can use to serve as their children’s reading coaches. Parents who attend all 6 classes with their children will earn a brand new copy of the book read in the club . The goals of the club are to teach children how to read for deep comprehension and to build their intrinsic desire to read. Families will learn strategies they can use to help their children read for deep comprehension. The club meets once a week for 6 weeks (class size limited to 15) and participants will earn a brand new copy of the book we share during the club.
